Dimension of the finished strawberry: 2.5 cm
Materials:
- Color Yarn of your choice, in size 3 or 3.5
- 3mm crochet hook
- Stitch marker
- Soft stuffing for amigurumi
Technique used:
- Single Crochet (SC)
- Magic Circle
- Increase Single Crochet (meaning you make 2 SC into 1 stitch)
- Invisible Decrease
Using red/pink yarn as in picture to make the main strawberry

Row 1: Do 5 Single Crochet in the magic ring
Row 2: 5 SC
Row 3: Increase into each stitches – meaning you do 2 SC into each stitch (you will have 10 stitches now)
Row 4: do 10 SC
Row 5: Do 1 SC, then 1 Increase, repeat this pattern 4 more times. (Altogether, you will have 15 stitches)
Row 6: do 15 SC
Row 7: do 1 SC, then 1 invisible decrease. You will repeat this pattern 4 more times (all together you will have 10 stitches)
Row 8: do Invisible decrease 5 times to close off. Fasten the yarn and leave a long tail to sew in with the leaf top later.
Now we will be making the green leaf. Pick a green yarn of your choice
Row 1: do 5 SC in the magic ring
Row 2: do Increase all around, you will have 10 stitches altogether
Row 3: Do 2 SC, chain 2. Then do 1 SC into the first stitch of the chain you just made. Then you slip stitch into the space where you started the chain. Now you repeat this pattern 4 more times. You should now have the star shape like photo here:
Final step, sew the leafy top and the strawberry together, hiding away the tails.
Now your mini strawberry is ready to be joined into a keychain, or just simply do crochet a simple chain to wrap it around your bag as a bag charm, or to make it as a gift for someone you love.
